A few months ago I started a new job and it provided me with a lot of free time on the computer and on the internet. I wanted to just have a general lifestyle blog to write about anything I desired.
So I did.
I started to write about food, travel, make up, and my biggest one; mental health!
If you’ve been around my blog already, you’ll know that I have been diagnosed with major depression and have been finding ways to overcome this. I listed things that we wish our friends would know, I told you things I would do when I felt depressed, and also how I like to journal every day to help with this.
SO a couple super cool things happened this month!
First of all, I got an amazing response on my blog post: Why I started Journaling ! It looked like SO MANY of you were loving the free templates I had available to download – they were just a snippet of how I have my daily journal set up. With that, I decided to create months of daily printables with different and unique prompts for each day! You can find that here!
Also what’s super exciting is that I’ve also been published on The Mighty!
If you don’t know, The Mighty is a sister site to Huffington Post with a focus on mental health. So how cool is that? I’ve also been published on Thought Catalog which also focuses on mental health.
When I started blogging that’s all I’ve really wanted, was to have my voice heard! It’s happening and I couldn’t be happier!
