Hi guys!


A little plug here.


Sooo many of you have been loving my post Why I Started Journaling and the journal templates that I provided.  It’s been wildly exciting to hear so many of you try them out and use them!

With all that feedback I’ve been hard at work to make a physical and digital journal/planner!  It will run from January 2018 – December 2018.

It’s a very simple journal, which is why I’m calling it The 90 Second Journal.  Each day will have a “How was your day?” prompt, one prompt specific to your day, and one positive thinking prompt.


I know a lot of us would like to start journaling for mental health, to remember days, for therapy, or for whatever reason it may be – but a lot of us find it hard to know what to write about.  I know I do!  Sometimes I don’t even know what I want to blog about and it eventually comes to me.  That’s why I love this journal so much.  It makes it mega easy to write about whatever I want, but also gives me two ideas to get me thinking.





It doesn’t take that much time!

Let’s face it, we are busy people. This journal makes it easy if you want to jot something down real quick about your day!  And yes, it could take all of 90 seconds.


Right now I am finalizing the manufacturing details for the physical journal!  (SO EXCITING)

The journal will be filled with beautiful quotes, matted hard cover, and ribbon placemark.
