Today I’m just listing a whole bunch of affirmations that I think we could all use in our lives. I find them so SO important especially when we’re feeling down, less confident, or are having a bout of low self esteem. Trust me, I know how much fun it is (not).
A good way to keep up with these are to pick 3 and repeat them at least twice a day.
Also, feel free to download the printable version of this list, and a little blank card that you can write 3 affirmations on and keep it everywhere you go!
